Actually, I had never heard of the concept until Sam pitched the idea to me a few weeks ago, so don’t worry if you are a little in the dark on this one.
T & I shapes are 2 different types of workers you can find in a marketing team. In this episode we talk about the theory behind T & I shapes and how a business can start to build a quality Growth Marketing team using said shapes.
