A handful of the team will be becoming Heart Flyers this year and embracing their wild sides by taking part in a skydive.
They’ll be free falling 5,000 feet, reaching speeds of up to 120mph before the parachute is deployed and they start to soar through the sky. It’s an event which takes a lot of courage, so please help them get ready for their experience of a lifetime!

“Excitement; dread; fear; apprehension; eagerness; anticipation; thrill - mix all those up and that's about it!” Jon Pittham
“It's something that I have always wanted to do and now I have the chance. It's going to be nerve wracking, but it's for a great cause and I know it will be an amazing experience.” Matt Wood
"I just can't wait to experience the feeling of first exiting the plane, I'm sure I'll never be able to compare it... not so much on the journey down though" Sorrel Ronan
"Really nervous/excited to do this, it's not something I would usually sign myself up for, so when the opportunity arose I couldn't really say no." Lizzie Galley
