Hot off the press – what's happening at ClientsFirst?

It's been a busy month following our re-brand and the launch of the new ClientsFirst website. We'd like to say a big thank you for the fantastic feedback we've had to date – it's made all the hard work behind the scenes thoroughly worthwhile.

Whilst the team have been beavering away putting the final touches to our new website, Jon Pittham, Director of ClientsFirst, has been travelling the length and breadth of the country meeting with prospective clients and presenting to different audiences around 'Moments of Truth' – an idea that draws on the importance of making connections with clients on a regular basis.

First stop in January was the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP) branch meeting in London, before heading over to Essex for a regional IFP meeting and then onto the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) meeting, back in London.

Following the IFP London branch meeting, Jon was contacted to provide comment about a statement he made at the event, which appeared at the time to raise a few eyebrows. He subsequently featured in Professional Adviser Magazine and on IFA Online in a bylined article by Alasdair Pal entitled, ‘Selling: Not a dirty word!’.

Also, earlier this month Mark Loosmore wrote a no holds barred feature about The ClientsFirst Technology and we're delighted to be able share an unbiased viewpoint.
